This Return & Replacement Policy explains when and how customers can request a return or replacement for products purchased from our online store.

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may return a product within 3 days of delivery under the following conditions:

A product is eligible for return if:

  • The item is unused, unaltered, and in original condition
  • All original packaging, accessories, and tags are intact
  • A valid reason for return is provided (e.g., wrong item delivered)

A product is not eligible for return if:

  • It has been used, damaged, or altered by the customer
  • Original packaging or accessories are missing
  • The return request is raised after 3 days
  • Physical damage caused after delivery

2. Replacement Policy (For Defective Products)

If the delivered product is defective, customers are eligible for a replacement only (no refunds).

Defective product includes:

  • Not turning on
  • Malfunctioning out of the box
  • Internal component issues
  • Incorrect or missing items inside the box

Replacement is offered only when:

  • A valid unboxing/damage video is provided
  • The defect is verified by Tivora Electronics
  • The product is returned with original packaging and accessories

If the same model is not available, customers may choose:

  • A replacement with another model (price difference applicable), or
  • A full refund (only when replacement is not possible)

3. Mandatory Unboxing Video

For damage or defect claims:

  • A single, continuous unboxing video is mandatory
  • The video must clearly show:
    • The sealed package
    • Opening of the package
    • Product inside
    • Damage/defect visible

Without the video, Returns/Replacement requests will NOT be accepted.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery
  2. Share:
    • Order ID
    • Reason for return
    • Unboxing or defect video (if applicable)
  1. We will verify and approve/reject the request
  2. After approval, the product will be picked up for inspection
  3. Replacement/refund will be processed after inspection confirmation

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only when:

  • Return is approved
  • The product is defective, and no replacement is available
  • Incorrect product was delivered

Refund Timeline:

  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method

Shipping and convenience fees (if any) are non-refundable, except in case of our error.

6. Non-Returnable Items

These items cannot be returned:

  • Products damaged due to customer handling
  • Accessories without packaging
  • Products without serial number or missing components
