2.2 Post-Shipment Cancellation

Once an order has been shipped or is marked "Out for Delivery", it cannot be cancelled. However, you may return the product after delivery as per our Return Policy outlined below.

3.1 Return Eligibility

You may return products within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons:

  • Defective Product: Product has manufacturing defects or malfunctions
  • Wrong Product: Incorrect product delivered (different from what was ordered)

3.2 Return Conditions

To be eligible for return, products must meet the following conditions:

  • Product must be in "as new" condition with all original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and original tags must be included
  • Product must not be used, damaged, or tampered with (except for defective items)
  • Serial numbers must match the original invoice
  • No visible scratches, marks, or signs of wear
  • Original invoice or order confirmation must be provided

3.3 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products used beyond 7 days from delivery

4. Return Process

4.1 Initiating a Return

  2. Select the order you wish to return
  3. Click on "Return/Replace" and select the reason for return

  • Return Authorization Number (RAN)

4.3 Shipping the Return

  • Securely pack the product to prevent damage during transit
  • Include the Return Authorization Number (RAN) inside the package

5. Refund Policy
